Fatigue & Low Energy

This is one of the main reasons why clients come to me for help.

We all feel tired from time to time. The reasons can be obvious and can include:

  • too many late nights
  • working too hard
  • being kept awake by a baby

However, persistent fatigue or TATT (tired all the time) isn't normal and can affect your daily life.

This is where diet, lifetstyle and clinical testing can come in and help to get to the root cause of your low energy and fatigue.

Some underlying reasons for fatigue might be:

  • nutrient deficiencies such as iron or B12
  • hypothyroidism
  • poor diet and poor quality sleep
  • stress
  • depression
