A well functioning gut with healthy gut flora holds the roots of our health. And, as a tree with sick roots will not thrive, the rest of the body cannot thrive without a well functioning digestive system.
Digestive symptoms like bloating, gas, reflux, constipation and irritable bowels are incredibly common, but it is not something you have to live with. The key to resolving these issues is to find the root cause of the problem, rather than treating the symptoms.
I always take the gut and digestive function into account if even a client isn’t coming to me with much symptoms in this area. Why? Because poor gut health impacts all body systems and improving digestive health will help to lose weight, improve mood, balance hormones and improve immune function.
