1-2-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Programmes
To fully support our client’s health journey we offer three levels of support package. The best results come from making incremental and manageable changes consistently. It takes time and support to iron out the unhelpful habits and to incorporate new healthy food and lifestyle changes to your daily routine and embrace a new mindset around food.
Packages are typically for 10 to 12 weeks. The level of support depends on your goals, complexity of health conditions, personal needs and lifestyle. I will recommend the most appropriate programme for you
OUR PROGRAMMES START AT €295.00
All programmes begin with a 90 minute initial consultation and typically include the following:
FULL HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, stress and sleep.
REVIEW of your diet and your daily routine.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION RECOMMENDATIONS based on your health goals
ONGOING SUPPORT to help you to navigate your plan and guide you through any hurdles or barriers
SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, if applicable.
RECOMMENDATIONS ON CLINICAL TESTS (where appropriate) and interpretation of tests
HANDOUTS & INFORMATION to support your health goals
EDUCATION on nutrition
TAILORED MEAL PLANS & RECIPES
ACCESS TO AN ONLINE FOOD DIARY and review/feedback of diary
COACHING SESSIONS for additional support, motivation and accountability and to help you break through whatever is holding you back (longer plans only)
HELP WITH SHOPPING LISTS, planning your meals, reading food labels and organizing your week (typically on the longer programmes)
WEIGHT LOSS COACHING (if applicable) to help beat cravings, eradicate emotional eating and encourage good eating habits.
Our foundation programme - this provides three consultations spread over a 10 week period and is designed for those clients who feel confident to manage their plan with less contact between sessions.
This provides fortnightly sessions, and is ideal for busy clients who prefer to make changes incrementally, who want to review progress regularly and need accountability and motivation to reach their health goals.
This is our most comprehensive support programme and provides weekly sessions. It is designed to move you to where you want to be in terms of your health, developing and sustaining good habits and exploring your relationship with food. It offers staged and manageable change removing overwhelm and is suitable for those who would like a step-by-step approach and who like to be highly accountable with weekly support.
Maintenance programmes are also available and will be discussed at the end of your first programme.

We work with a variety of laboratory based tests. In some circumstances testing may be recommended to gain more insight into your health issue. They can be useful for getting to the root cause of various symptoms such as chronic digestive complaints, ongoing fatigue and hormonal issues and can enable a more targeted and individualised therapeutic protocol.
